Description
This three-day, elective course is intended to provide leadership and management skills to non- managers. This course will teach you that you do not need a managerial title to be a leader. You will learn that successful leaders use communication, emotional intelligence, and accountability to achieve work and further interests of the organization, no matter their role. By the end of this course, you will understand the qualities and behaviors of effective leaders, including the ability to collaborate, exert influence, and adapt to changing circumstances.
